Allows an additional grand jury impaneled under Penal Code Sections 904.4, 904.6, or 904.8 to present accusations of willful or corrupt misconduct against public officers, rather than requiring a separate grand jury.

Requires at least 12 grand jurors to concur in presenting an accusation against a district, county, or city officer for misconduct in office.

Reduces the concurrence requirement to at least 8 grand jurors in counties where the required grand jury size is 11 members.

Requires at least 14 grand jurors to concur in counties where the required grand jury size is 23 members.

Applies to accusations against officers including governing board members and personnel commissioners of school districts and humane officers.
