Requires the Director of Industrial Relations to post a comprehensive list of all California code sections related to prevailing wage rate requirements for public works projects on the Department of Industrial Relations website

Initial posting must occur by June 1, 2013, with the list including both the code section numbers and full text of relevant provisions

List must be updated annually on February 1 each year following the initial posting

Applies to prevailing wage requirements for workers employed on public works projects as defined under existing law
