Amends Section 25503.5 of the Business and Professions Code to revise provisions governing alcoholic beverage instruction and tastings at on-sale retail licensed premises.

Requires winegrower or distilled spirits manufacturers to remove unfinished alcoholic beverages "during" instruction rather than "following" instruction.

Permits up to three tastings per individual per day, with distilled spirits limited to one-fourth ounce per tasting and wine limited to one ounce per tasting.

Allows winegrowers, beer manufacturers, distilled spirits manufacturers and their agents to instruct consumers at retail premises with retailer permission on product history, nature, characteristics, and serving methods.
