Exempts hearing aids from the requirement that assistive devices be warranted to be specifically fit for the particular needs of the buyer.

Requires hearing aids sold in California to include a written warranty allowing return within 30 days (or longer if specified by seller) with adjustment, replacement, or refund at seller's option.

Suspends the 30-day hearing aid warranty period for one day for each 24-hour period the device is not in the buyer's possession during repair or adjustment.

Removes the requirement that hearing aids be specifically fit for particular needs, while maintaining other protections including no fees or penalties for returns within the warranty period.
