• Delays implementation of marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, and professional clinical counselor licensing examination changes from January 1, 2013 to January 1, 2014, requiring 18-hour California law and ethics courses for reciprocal applicants.

• Allows occupational therapy aides to be supervised by occupational therapy assistants in addition to occupational therapists; requires respiratory care students to be supervised by persons with valid, current, unrestricted licenses.
