Prohibits acupuncturists from using the title "Doctor" or abbreviation "Dr." in connection with acupuncture practice unless they hold a license authorizing such use or possess an earned doctorate degree from an accredited institution in acupuncture, oriental medicine, a biological science, or a related field

Requires acupuncturists who use "Doctor" or "Dr." to clearly indicate the type of license or degree that authorizes that use

Designates violation of these restrictions as unprofessional conduct under the Acupuncture Licensure Act
