Amends Health and Safety Code Section 120440 to include tuberculosis screening within existing immunization information disclosure provisions.

Defines "tuberculosis screening" as an approved intradermal tuberculin test or other TB infection test recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and licensed by the FDA.

Allows health care providers, schools, child care facilities, WIC providers, foster care agencies, and county welfare departments to share tuberculosis screening results with local health departments and the State Department of Public Health through immunization information systems.

Grants patients and parents/guardians the right to refuse sharing of tuberculosis screening information and to examine or correct shared records, with exceptions for protecting public health.

Permits physicians, local health departments, and the State Department of Public Health to maintain access to refused information for purposes of patient care and protecting public health.
