Increases the maximum criminal fine for nail polish manufacturers who violate misbranding prohibitions under the Sherman Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Law from $1,000 to $2,000.

Applies only to manufacturers of nail polish, as defined in Section 111791.5, and does not apply to nail salons, distributors, retailers, or wholesalers.

Retains the maximum imprisonment penalty of one year in county jail for violations, with the increased fine being the primary change.

Does not affect existing penalties for other violations of the Sherman Law or for subsequent convictions, which remain subject to up to $10,000 in fines.
