Authorizes courts to toll the 180-day period for vacating bail forfeiture when a bail agent and prosecuting agency agree additional time is needed to return a defendant to court jurisdiction, if the prosecuting agency consents to the tolling.

Applies tolling authority to cases where a defendant is beyond state jurisdiction, temporarily detained by a bail agent, positively identified by local law enforcement, and the prosecuting agency declines to seek extradition.

Requires the moving party to provide the prosecuting agency written notice at least 10 court days before any hearing to toll the 180-day period as a condition for granting the motion.

Amends Penal Code Sections 1305 and 1305.4 regarding bail forfeiture and exoneration procedures, with tolling permitted for up to the length of time agreed upon by the bail agent and prosecuting agency.
