Requests the Department of Transportation to determine the cost of appropriate signs displaying this special designation

Requires signs to be erected only upon receipt of donations from nonstate sources sufficient to cover the costs

Honors former California State Senator Jenny Oropeza for her role in securing $107 million in funding to build the overcrossing as part of the Alameda Corridor project
