Amends Business and Professions Code Section 19961.06 to authorize cities, counties, or city-counties to increase gambling tables by 2 above the number authorized in ordinances in effect on January 1, 2013, in addition to existing authority based on January 1, 2010 ordinances.

Allows this January 1, 2013-based increase to occur only one time per jurisdiction, consistent with the one-time limitation on the January 1, 2010-based increase.

Permits both table increases (2010-based and 2013-based) to be exercised independently and cumulatively, allowing jurisdictions to potentially increase gambling tables by up to 4 total if they exercise both authorizations.

Requires any gambling ordinance amendments to be submitted to the Department of Justice for review and comment before adoption.
