Defines "greenway" as a travel corridor for pedestrians, bicycles, nonmotorized vehicles, or recreation along natural landscape features like urban watercourses.

Defines "parklet" as a small urban park providing amenities including seating, tables, bicycle racks, and landscaping.

Funding comes from the California Tire Recycling Management Fund, which is supported by the California tire fee on new tires purchased in the state.
