Permits limited liability company (LLC) contractors to obtain required liability insurance from eligible surplus line insurers, in addition to insurers duly licensed by California

Maintains existing insurance aggregate limits: minimum $1,000,000 for LLCs with five or fewer personnel, plus $100,000 for each additional person up to a maximum of $5,000,000

Allows insurance policies to be issued on claims-made or occurrence basis, subject to standard commercial insurance terms, conditions, exclusions, and deductibles

Requires LLCs to submit Certificate of Liability Insurance electronically and maintain extended reporting period coverage for three years upon company dissolution if reasonably available

Authorizes the registrar to post insurer names, policy numbers, and aggregate liability limits on the licensee's public license record
