• Allocates $2 billion for climate change and drought preparedness, including water conservation, recycling, storage, and stormwater capture projects through regional water management programs.

• Allocates $1.2 billion for Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta sustainability, including ecosystem restoration, levee improvements, and economic support for Delta residents and communities.

• Allocates $2.5 billion for water storage expansion projects, including surface reservoirs, groundwater storage, and projects providing ecosystem and water quality improvements.
