Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control must post its annual report on its Internet website in addition to submitting it to the Legislature by March 1 each year.

Home-brewed beer and wine may be removed from the premises only for bona fide competitions, personal/family use, or when donated to nonprofits for fundraising events, with exclusions for organizations that promote or are composed primarily of home brewers/winemakers.

Home-produced beer or wine donated to nonprofits for fundraising must be labeled with producer information and a homemade designation, and is exempt from other labeling requirements.

Removes obsolete references regarding wine blender licenses and their restrictions on ownership of retailer's licenses and wine tasting activities.

Makes permanent the authorization for beer manufacturers, winegrowers, distilled spirits manufacturers, and retailers to make monetary or beverage contributions to qualified symphony associations, previously set to expire December 1, 2014.
