Authorizes school district superintendents, principals, or designees to refer bullying victims, witnesses, and affected pupils to school counselors, psychologists, social workers, nurses, and other support personnel for case management, counseling, and restorative justice programs

Applies to bullying acts committed on or after January 1, 2015

Permits pupils who have engaged in bullying to be referred to school support services for case management, counseling, and participation in restorative justice programs

Expands existing alternatives to suspension and expulsion by providing support services for all affected parties in bullying incidents, not just the student being disciplined
