Amends the Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act to modify when sodomy or oral copulation must be reported as sexual abuse by mandated reporters.

Changes the reporting requirement for sodomy (Section 286) to apply when the conduct involves either a person over 21 years of age or a minor under 16 years of age, rather than only when a person over 21 engages in the act with someone under 16.

Changes the reporting requirement for oral copulation (Section 288a) using the same standard: conduct is reportable when it involves either a person over 21 years of age or a minor under 16 years of age.

Maintains existing reporting requirements for other forms of sexual abuse, including rape, statutory rape, incest, lewd acts upon a child, and child molestation.
