Requires automotive repair dealers that repair or change tires to be capable of diagnosing and servicing TPMS in accordance with industry standards if the vehicle is equipped with the device.

Specifies no state reimbursement is required because the act only creates new criminal violations related to failure to register or comply with TPMS service requirements.
