Requires school districts with local attendance review boards to gather and report data on pupil attendance outcomes for the prior school year, including referrals to school-level meetings, attendance review boards, and alternative placements.

Mandates disaggregation of attendance data by English learner status, foster youth status, gender, grade level, low-income status, race or ethnicity, and disability status.

Requires school districts to post attendance review board reports on their websites by September 15 annually in anonymized, publicly accessible format.

Directs the State Department of Education to maintain current web links to all school district attendance review board reports and requires districts to provide uniform resource locators to the department.

Becomes operative on June 1, 2015, replacing prior law that required districts to report only the number and types of referrals to attendance review boards.
