Excludes licensed child day care facilities, day care centers, medical treatment facilities, and hospitals from the requirement.

Permits written notice to be provided through posting on the business's website and does not authorize disclosure of confidential criminal history information or constitute a violation of labor code restrictions on arrest history inquiries.
