Creates the Tribal Nation Grant Fund in the State Treasury to receive and deposit moneys from Indian tribes pursuant to tribal-state gaming compacts.

Fund shall be administered by the California Gambling Control Commission.

Authorizes appropriated moneys in the fund for discretionary distribution to nongaming tribes and limited gaming tribes for purposes related to effective self-governance, self-determined community, and economic development.

Tribes must submit applications to receive grant distributions from the fund.
