Establishes a grant program until July 1, 2021 to award funding for high schools to establish or expand advanced placement STEM curriculum in biology, calculus, chemistry, computer science, environmental science, physics, and statistics.

Allows high schools to apply for grant funding if they do not offer advanced placement STEM courses or if existing courses are oversubscribed, and must identify pupils with demonstrated potential for success in these courses.

Requires the Superintendent of Public Instruction to submit a report to the Legislature by July 1, 2021 describing the effectiveness of the grant program, including the number of pupils with access to AP STEM courses and success rates by demographic categories.

Encourages the Superintendent to consult with the College Board when preparing the effectiveness report.

Implementation is contingent on available funding from state, federal, or nonstate sources; the program becomes inoperative and is repealed on January 1, 2022 unless extended by later legislation.
