Amends Section 2025.620 of the Code of Civil Procedure to define "use of a deposition" to include both transcripts and video recordings of deposition testimony

Allows any party to use a video recording of deposition testimony from treating physicians, consulting physicians, or expert witnesses at trial even if the deponent is available to testify, provided the deposition notice reserved this right and compliance with Section 2025.340(m) requirements

Removes the restriction that previously prohibited use of video depositions when the deponent was available to testify for certain witness categories

Maintains existing rules for when depositions may be used against parties, including for impeachment, contradiction, and other purposes permitted by the Evidence Code
