Authorizes responsible brokers to permit salespersons to apply for and maintain ownership of fictitious business names by contract, identified with the broker's license number.

Defines "team name" as a professional identity used by two or more licensees that includes a licensee's surname with "associates," "group," or "team" and does not imply an independent real estate entity.

Requires advertising containing fictitious business names or team names to display the responsible broker's identity as prominently as the business name, and to include the salesperson's name and license number conspicuously.

Establishes that team names do not require separate licenses and are not considered fictitious business names if they meet specific criteria regarding licensee participation and naming conventions.

Changes violations of these provisions from misdemeanors to non-criminal violations.
