Delays the effective date of the ban on importing, possessing for sale, or selling crocodile and alligator bodies and products from January 1, 2015 to January 1, 2020.

Maintains existing prohibitions on importing or selling dead bodies or products of polar bears, leopards, ocelots, tigers, cheetahs, jaguars, wolves, zebras, whales, cobras, pythons, sea turtles, dolphins, porpoises, elephants, and other listed species.

Preserves exemption for lawfully harvested kangaroos under Australian law and federal Endangered Species Act, provided Australia annually reports to the state that harvest quotas will not be exceeded.

Establishes violation as a misdemeanor punishable by $1,000 to $5,000 fine and/or up to six months county jail for each violation.

Does not authorize importation or sale of endangered alligator or crocodilian species in violation of federal Endangered Species Act or international treaties.
