Amends Government Code Section 12587.1 to expand the permitted uses of the Registry of Charitable Trusts Fund.

Requires fund moneys, upon legislative appropriation, to be used by the Attorney General to enforce the registration and reporting provisions of the Supervision of Trustees and Fundraisers for Charitable Purposes Act.

Maintains existing fund uses including operating and maintaining the Registry of Charitable Trusts and Registry of Conservators, Guardians, and Trustees, and providing public Internet access to filed reports.

Establishes that registration fees, renewal fees, and late fees paid to the Department of Justice are deposited into the Registry of Charitable Trusts Fund.
