Requires the Board of Registered Nursing, Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians, Physician Assistant Board, and Respiratory Care Board to collect demographic data from licensees at least biennially during initial license issuance and renewal.

Mandates collection of location of practice (city, county, ZIP Code), gender, languages spoken, educational background, and primary practice site classification, with race or ethnicity reporting optional for licensees.

Requires boards to annually submit collected data to the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development for inclusion in the statewide health workforce gap report.

Boards must maintain confidentiality of individual licensee information and only release data in aggregate form that cannot identify individuals.

Authorizes the Board of Registered Nursing to expend $145,000 from the Board of Registered Nursing Fund to implement these data collection requirements.
