Requires the Instructional Quality Commission to consider incorporating computer science curriculum content into mathematics, science, history-social science, and English language arts/English language development frameworks when those frameworks are next revised.

Mandates computer science curriculum focus on foundational concepts including computational thinking, collaboration, computer practice, understanding computers and communication devices, and community/global/ethical impacts.

Requires the commission to consult with classroom teachers and school administrators to ensure computer science curriculum is age-appropriate.

Requires the Superintendent of Public Instruction to identify and post professional development resources for teaching computer science curriculum on the State Department of Education's website if curriculum content is incorporated into the frameworks.

Specifies implementation must not impose new duties or programs on local educational agencies and that materials used must be part of normal instructional materials purchased in regular purchasing cycles.
