Requires county human services agencies to compile and maintain lists of emergency and supplemental food assistance providers in their service areas, updated based on information from schools, cities, the California Department of Education, and WIC Program offices.

Mandates that county agencies provide households with children applying for CalFresh with information about enrolling in the WIC Program and National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs during the pending CalFresh application period.

Requires county agencies to inform households that if certified for CalFresh, children under five are income-eligible for WIC and all children are automatically eligible for free school meals without further application.

Requires the state department to implement these provisions through all-county letters by May 1, 2015, with formal regulations to be adopted by October 1, 2017.

Establishes that if the Commission on State Mandates determines costs are imposed on local agencies, reimbursement shall be made through existing statutory procedures.
