Requires the Department of Fish and Wildlife to consider permitting apiculture (beekeeping) on department-managed wildlife areas where deemed appropriate.

Mandates the department determine when developing or amending land management plans whether wildlife areas are suitable for apiculture and if it aligns with management goals on a temporary, seasonal, or long-term basis.

Authorizes the department to assess use or permit fees for apiculture on department-managed wildlife areas and evaluate whether apiculture operations meet management objectives.

Allows the department to consult with apiculture experts including the Department of Food and Agriculture, University of California, and other stakeholders when permitting beekeeping on wildlife areas.

Requires permit fees collected from apiculture activities be deposited into the Wildlife Restoration Fund for management, maintenance, restoration, and operation of department-managed wildlife areas.
