Each county must make available on its Internet website a graph visualization showing how general ad valorem property tax revenues are allocated countywide at a summarized jurisdictional level, including counties, cities, special districts, school districts, and redevelopment successor agencies.

Counties must update the graph annually and work to improve the appearance, organization, and clarity of the information provided.

County websites must inform taxpayers that general ad valorem property tax revenues fund local government programs and services including K-12 schools, community colleges, county, city, and special district services.

County websites must provide a brief summary of the types of programs and services funded by general ad valorem property tax revenues and include a link to the county's final budget document for more detailed information.

The state shall reimburse local agencies and school districts for any costs mandated by this act, as determined by the Commission on State Mandates.
