Requires all campuses and units of California's four postsecondary education segments (University of California, California State University, California Community Colleges, and private/independent institutions) that receive public funding and are institutionally accredited to post final accreditation documents on their websites.

Defines "institutional accreditation documents" as visiting team reports and agency action letters related to initial accreditation, reaffirmation, comprehensive review, special visits, and any sanctions or adverse actions.

Requires accreditation documents to be displayed prominently on each institution's website with a link from the homepage once finalized by the accrediting agency.

Applies to institutions receiving accreditation reviews after July 1, 2015; institutions must make all subsequently finalized documents publicly available.

Establishes that any costs imposed on community college districts shall be reimbursed by the state pursuant to existing mandate reimbursement procedures.
