Reclassifies wild pigs from game mammals to nongame mammals, allowing unlimited take and possession with a $15 (residents) or $30 (nonresidents) annual wild pig validation instead of individual tags.

Prohibits taking wild pigs at night except by landowners or employees taking depredating pigs with prior department notification by 3:00 p.m. and a valid hunting license; permission applies to the designated night and six following nights.

Removes the requirement for the Department of Fish and Wildlife to prepare a wild pig management plan and repeals related regulatory sections on wild pig tag design and possession requirements.

Authorizes use of Big Game Management Account funds for grants and contracts with state and federal land management agencies for habitat restoration projects affected by wild pigs, and requires granting criteria to consider such projects.

Establishes that pigs kept in controlled areas (regularly cared for and enclosed by lawful fence) may not be considered released into the wild, protecting owners from animal release violations if pigs escape from compliant enclosures.
