Establishes statute of limitations tolling for employment law claims arising from violations while a minor, allowing the claim period to extend until the individual reaches age of majority.

Authorizes treble damages for employees who face discharge, demotion, suspension, retaliation, or adverse employment action for filing a claim or civil action alleging an employment law violation that occurred while they were a minor.

Imposes civil penalties of $25,000 to $50,000 for each Class "A" violation of employment laws involving minors age 12 or younger.
