Amends Government Code Section 53663 to allow weekly depository reports to the Administrator of Local Agency Security to be delivered electronically via email or other administrator-approved electronic means, in addition to physical mail delivery.

Requires depositories to report weekly on the total amount of all deposits held, with reports due within five business days and reflecting balances as of close of business on Wednesday of each week.

Permits depositories to submit a simplified report stating only that no changes occurred in deposits, rather than providing full details when deposits remain unchanged.

Maintains existing requirement for agents of depository to report within two business days regarding any withdrawal, substitution, or addition of pooled securities.
