Requires the California Health Benefit Exchange board to prepare quarterly written reports on the individual market, to be submitted to the Legislature and Governor and posted publicly within 30 days of each quarter's end.

Quarterly reports must include demographic information (gender, age, race, ethnicity, primary language, income level) on individuals enrolled in qualified health plans and broken down by coverage level and geographic region.

Quarterly reports must track application filings through the individual market, including those submitted online and those assisted by agents or certified enrollment counselors.

Quarterly reports must identify disenrolled individuals by total number, demographics, coverage level, geographic region, and reason for disenrollment (instead of limiting data to nonpayment of premiums only).

Maintains existing requirement for annual reports on Exchange implementation and performance during the preceding fiscal year.
