Enacts the Prenatal Nondiscrimination Act (PRENDA) prohibiting intentional performance or attempted performance of abortion when the pregnant woman is seeking it because of the gender of the unborn child.

Allows civil actions for damages by the pregnant woman, father of the unborn child, or parents/guardians of a minor, with recovery of $10,000 in punitive damages plus treble actual damages and attorney's fees.

Permits injunctive relief actions by the pregnant woman, her relatives, health care providers, prosecuting attorneys, or the Attorney General to prevent abortion providers from further violations; violating an injunction results in civil fines starting at $10,000 for the first violation and escalating to $100,000+ for subsequent violations.

Requires all court proceedings to protect the pregnant woman's identity through use of pseudonyms and sealed records unless she provides written consent to disclosure.

Modifies Business and Professions Code Section 2253 to make violation of the gender-selection abortion prohibition subject to professional conduct discipline for licensed healthcare providers.
