Requires certified or registered interpreters to provide their qualifications, certification/registration number, oath status, and present identification documentation to both parties in depositions where a judge is not present.

Applies these record-keeping and verification requirements to all court proceedings to ensure proper documentation of interpreter credentials and availability of qualified interpreters.
