Increases fines for unsafe operation of a motor vehicle that causes bodily injury or great bodily injury to vulnerable road users from $70-$95 to $220-$300, effective until January 1, 2020.

Defines "vulnerable road users" as pedestrians, horseback riders, bicycle operators, skateboarders, farm tractor operators, electric mobility device users, and wheelchair users.

Maintains original fine amounts of $70 for bodily injury and $95 for great bodily injury violations not involving vulnerable road users.

Provision automatically repeals January 1, 2020 unless extended by later enacted legislation.
