Exempts laboratories accredited by the American Society of Crime Laboratory Directors/Laboratory Accreditation Board from requirements to establish secondary alcohol standard concentrations using an oxidimetric method with a primary standard.

Allows accredited laboratories to report forensic alcohol analysis results with more than two decimal places, removing the previous limitation to the second decimal place.

Changes the forensic alcohol laboratory review committee meeting requirement from at least once every 5 years to at least once every 3 years after its initial meeting.

Requires the review committee to consider scientific advancements and developments when determining regulation revisions, including the reporting of results with estimated uncertainty measurements.
