Authorizes the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation or local sheriff's departments to notify county welfare departments of persons released on probation or parole who are prohibited from residing with minors as a condition of release

Allows county welfare departments administering CalWORKs to notify law enforcement if applicants who were previously reported under these provisions apply for benefits and the department believes they are residing with a minor as a condition for eligibility

Adds Section 10850.35 to the Welfare and Institutions Code to establish the notification requirements between corrections agencies and welfare departments
