Authorizes the Real Estate Commissioner to prescribe the format and content of real estate salesperson license applications, and requires all broker examination, broker license, and salesperson license applications to include valid contact information for the bureau to reach applicants.

Requires all real estate brokers and salespersons to provide the commissioner with their current office or mailing address, telephone number, and electronic mail address used for real estate activities, and to update this information within 30 days of any changes.

Exempts violations of the contact information requirement from criminal penalties.

Prohibits the bureau from posting or publishing collected electronic mail addresses or telephone numbers, and requires that if released, such information be released in a way that discourages use in unauthorized or unsolicited commercial email programs.
