Informs applicants that failure to report suspected child abuse or neglect is a misdemeanor punishable by up to six months in jail or a $1,000 fine, or both.

Clarifies that reporting duties are individual responsibilities that cannot be impeded by supervisors or administrators, and that reporters are not required to disclose their identity to their employer.
