Authorizes the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District to make employer contributions for postretirement health benefits for employees first hired on or after January 1, 2014

Establishes a vesting schedule for employer contributions based on credited years of service: 50% at 10 years, increasing by 10% per year, reaching 100% at 15 years of service

Provides full employer contributions for employees who retire for disability with at least 5 years of credited service

Applies to unrepresented employees, board members, and represented employees whose agreements are incorporated into a memorandum of understanding

Contributions only apply to retirements occurring on or after the effective date of the applicable memorandum of understanding
