Requires the California Department of Social Services to post licensing information for child day care facilities on its Internet website, including facility name, address, licensed capacity, and license status

Mandates posting the number of site visits, citations, substantiated and inconclusive complaint inspections, and noncomplaint inspections for each facility during the preceding 5-year period

Applies to all licensed child day care facilities except family day care homes, which have a separate reporting requirement with less detailed information

Requires the department to update all posted licensing information at least monthly

Became law on September 19, 2014
