Prohibits selling or offering for sale any product labeled "Made in North America," "North American Made," or similar words unless all of the product was made in the United States, Canada, or Mexico.

Makes violations of the "Made in North America" labeling requirement unlawful under Business and Professions Code Section 17533.75 as misdemeanors.

Adds misrepresentation of "Made in North America" origin to the list of unfair methods of competition and deceptive acts under Civil Code Section 1770.

Specifies that no state reimbursement is required because costs incurred will only be from creating a new crime.
