Prohibits use of pesticides containing brodifacoum, bromadiolone, difenacoum, or difethialone in state parks, state wildlife refuges, and state conservancies, with exceptions for agricultural activities.

Directs state agencies to encourage federal agencies to comply with the anticoagulant prohibition in wildlife habitat areas.

Does not preempt or supersede federal statutes or federal agency authority regarding pesticide use.

Establishes that violations of the prohibition are enforceable by the Director of Pesticide Regulation and county agricultural commissioners under existing pesticide enforcement provisions.

Became law September 19, 2014 after passage by both chambers and approval by the Governor.
