AB 2736 Summary

• Requires the Legislative Analyst's Office to submit the CSU Early Start Program report by July 1 of each even-numbered year instead of January 1, and extends the reporting requirement until July 1, 2018

• Removes the requirement that CSU Doctor of Nursing Practice degree pilot program evaluations include information about public school and community college program partners, and repeals these evaluation provisions on January 1, 2021

• Authorizes CSU trustees to fix fees for voluntary membership in statewide student organizations and requires students be given either the ability to affirmatively elect to pay the fee or a clear means to decline payment each time the fee is assessed

• Changes the annual reporting deadline for CSU gifts, bequests, and real property sales or exchanges from January 5 to January 31 of each year
