Amends Labor Code Section 203 to apply civil penalties and lawsuit provisions to violations of wage payment time limits established in collective bargaining agreements for entertainment industry employees.

Extends existing penalty provisions that authorize continued wage accrual (up to 30 days) when employers willfully fail to pay discharged or quitting employees to include violations of agreed-upon payment time limits.

Allows employees to file lawsuits for penalties arising from violations of collective bargaining agreement wage payment terms within the standard statute of limitations period for wage claims.
