• Repeals the Space Enterprise Development Act and provisions establishing the California Collider Commission for federal superconducting super collider siting.

• Updates numerous statutes across multiple codes (Business and Professions, Civil, Corporations, Financial, Government, Health and Safety, Insurance, Penal, and Public Utilities Codes) to replace references to abolished offices and agencies with appropriate successor entities and officials.

• Modifies rental car advertising requirements by removing a condition related to the Secretary of Business, Transportation and Housing and clarifies charges that must be included in advertised rates.

• Makes technical and conforming amendments to reflect organizational changes, including updating references to the Commissioner of Business Oversight and eliminating references to defunct state positions and agencies.
